On October 29 from 18:00 we invite you to “Gorynych” for pasta with the best chefs in Russia!
Vladimir Mukhin (White Rabbit), Mirko Dzago (Onest, “Aist”, Bro&N) and Anatoly Kazakov (Selfie, “Guidon”, Ikra) will cook together with Vladimir Baranov, concept chef of Gorynych, and Alexey Bekasov, chef of the restaurant.

The special menu of the 50 Shades of Al Dente festival includes dishes from each chef. You can order any pasta, but try it only on October 29.

Break the crispy crust, spread generously with smoked butter and share with those nearby. We love this beginning of dinner - when everyone is already at the table, the dishes are still being prepared, and conversations are in full swing.

Our loaves have monastic roots. The leaven from the Spaso-Prilutsky Monastery near Vologda was given to Vladimir Mukhin by Father Nikandr. The chef brought it to Gorynych, and our bakers use it to knead dough for the wood-burning oven.

“Gorynychi” has an autumn update. We collected everything for which you can forgive the early twilight of September: pumpkin, mushrooms, apples, hot cocktails and the first mulled wine.

On the menu:
— creamy pumpkin soup with parmesan 750 ₽;
— porcini mushroom soup with pearl barley 790 ₽;
— Caesar with shrimps and fried halloumi cheese 1,190 ₽;
— baked camembert with lingonberries 990 ₽;
— charlotte with apple and sea buckthorn 890 ₽;
—  Cheesecake with black currants and fermented baked milk ice cream 750 ₽.

The bar also switched to autumn: “Veselun”, alcoholic spritz “Vkusnyara”, “Firebird”, white mulled wine with pear, red mulled wine with currants, a new liqueur with rowan, plum and sagan and latte “Pumpkin Masala”.

New items are already available in Moscow's Gorynychi and New Riga.

Thin dough, mascarpone and cream cream, honey apples, cane sugar and cinnamon.
